Delete your NuvixPlayer account

We understand that you may want to delete your account and associated data. This page explains what data will be deleted, what will be retained for legal compliance, and how to request account deletion.

What data will be deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account and email address
  • Saved playlists and favorites
  • Playback history and continue watching data
  • Portal credentials and authentication tokens
  • User preferences and settings

What data is retained

Due to legal obligations and security requirements, some data must be retained for a limited period:

  • Billing data (invoices, transaction records) — retained for 5 years as required by tax regulations
  • Anonymous technical logs — retained for 30 days for security and fraud prevention

Note: Retained data is anonymized where possible and cannot be used to identify you or restore your account.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@playnuvix.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your NuvixPlayer account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

Processing time: Maximum 30 days from receipt of your request

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Important information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • If you have an active premium subscription, it will be canceled immediately without refund for the remaining period
  • You can create a new account at any time, but your previous data cannot be recovered
  • If you only want to cancel your subscription without deleting your account, please do so from the app settings
